Michael Schiffner is an executive coach with a reputation as a trusted advisor to managing directors and c-suite executives across professional services firms.
A former Associate Director with KPMG Australia, Michael was instrumental in establishing KPMG’s Business Development Academy. Through more than 600 hours of coaching, he contributed to $12 million in additional revenue in a single year and led a Coaching Community of Practice that became a benchmark for BD culture inside the firm.
Since founding Collective Intelligence in 2006, Michael has built one of Australia’s most respected BD coaching practices – a team of nine executive coaches working with firms including Deloitte, PwC, KPMG, BDO, White & Case, and Hall & Wilcox. To date, they have coached more than 900 service professionals, with participants typically seeing $250,000 or more in revenue uplift and firms realising a 20 to 40 times return on their investment.
